HAMILTON CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORP IS OFFERING THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR SALE

SUBJECT:  122 N BELL ST, HAMILTON, TX 76531, ALSO KNOWN AS, THOMPSON BUILDING

LEGAL DESCRITION:  LOT 5&6, BLK 5, ORIG, 100’X 90’

THE HAMILTON CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORP IS ACTIVELY ACCEPTING BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF SUBJECT.   

THE HAMILTON CITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORP IS SEEKING BUYERS THAT HAVE THE INTEREST IN INVESTING/ IMPROVING OUR DOWNTOWN AREA & CITY.  EDC INTEREST INCLUDE FINDING A BUYER THAT IS WILLING TO RENOVATE THE STRUCTURE AND OPERATE A RETAIL TYPE BUSINESS THAT WOULD OFFER JOBS, ENCOURAGE LOCAL SHOPPING, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE TRAVELING CUSTOMERS TO STOP AND SHOP IN THE CITY OF HAMILTON.

THE EDC HAS IDENTIFIED THE FOLLOWING GOALS FOR THE CITY OF HAMILTON:  DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS RETENTION & EXPANSION, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, TOURISM AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.  THE EDC WELCOME BUYERS THAT SHARE THESE GOALS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THESE SPECIFIC AREAS.

ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE & MAIN STREET PROGRAM SERVICES ARE POTENTIALLY AVAILABLE WITH THE EDC SIGNAGE GRANTS, FAÇADE GRANTS, AND FREE MAIN STREET SERVICES.
